Liwanag Sa Dilim: The Musical has extended its run, with additional performances now scheduled through May 4, 2025 . Responding to high demand, 9 Works Theatrical has added an extra show on Saturday, May 3 at 8 PM , with the production continuing at the CPR Auditorium, RCBC Plaza, Makati City. Directed and written by Robbie Guevara, the original Filipino musical features the songs of Rico Blanco and tells the story of Elesi, an orphan in search of his past, and Cris, a companion who joins him in challenging the forces that shape their world. The show draws from Filipino literature and history, pairing a contemporary narrative with music that resonates with a wide audience.
